At Gearivo, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and reliably.

Most orders are processed within 24–48 hours.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
In case of high order volume, shipping may be delayed. Customers will be notified via email if significant delays occur.

Estimated delivery to the United States is 5–8 business days, excluding processing time.
You will receive a tracking number in your post-purchase email, along with a link to track your shipment.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it (before it ships) for a full refund.

Please report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery, along with photo evidence.
We will issue a replacement or full refund.
Replacement items include a pre-paid shipping label to return the original item at no cost.

Orders may occasionally be split into multiple shipments due to product availability or large order sizes.
Customers are not charged additional shipping fees for multiple shipments.

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at contact@gearivo.us.

We will send the correct item and provide a pre-paid return shipping label for the incorrect item.
