Return Policy – Gearivo
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Shipping Costs & Exceptions
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report it within 30 days with photo evidence. We will issue a replacement or a full refund.
Non-Eligible Returns
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned because they are “no longer needed”
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Items missing parts or accessories
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
